Poniéndome al día con el
reto “12 meses – 12 telas”.
Cuando me regalaron esta
tela de sarga azul marino (estaba en el desván de una abuela), ya imaginé que
acabaría haciendo una chaqueta para mi marido.
El patrón “Blouson Omer”
de la revista “La Maison Victor” (marzo/abril 2017) me venía perfecto para
ello, peeeeero no llevaba forro.
Fue divertido sacar el
patrón del forro, ya que tanto mangas como la espalda van cosidas en varias
piezas. Y también tuve que tener en cuenta las vistas.
Como elemento reciclado
(must have en prácticamente todos mis proyectos) he hecho la pieza decorativa
del hombro en un resto de pantalón que corté para usar de shorts.
Y de hecho, para hacer la
chaqueta más calentita, también le añadí dentro una capa de esta tela incosible (que
habría acabado en la basura), así que win win para el planeta.
Como forro lleva tela
jersey azul.
A mí me encanta cómo ha

Catching up
with the fabrics of the challenge “12 months – 12 fabrics”.
I was given
this twill fabric some time ago, and I already knew it had to be a jacket for
my hubby.
The pattern
“Blouson Omer” from the sewing magazine “La Maison Victor” (March/April 2017) was
perfect for it! The only thing missing was the lining.
It was
quite tricky to get the pattern for the lining, since the sleeves and the back
consist of several pieces.
The
recycled element (a must have in my sewing projects) is the shoulder piece. I
did it with a piece of trousers I cut into shorts.
I also
added an extra layer inside of this horrible unsewable fabric, to make the
jacket warmer.
The outer
lining is a thin jersey.
I don’t
like to boast, but I’m really proud of the result. Do you like it?
