Bolsas para el pan - Bread bags

No es que usen mucho plástico en mi panadería habitual, pero a veces, si se les acaban las bolsas y envoltorios de papel (o cuando les da por ahí), puedes acabar yéndote a casa con el pan dentro de una bolsa del terrorífico material.

Para evitarlo he cosido dos bolsas de algodón. (Sí, intentaré no ir a por el pan en esta falda…)

Espero que más gente empiece a optar por las bolsas de pan de tela de toda la vida, porque por lo que parece en mi vecindario debo ser la única.

Como mínimo estoy encantada de ver que en la blogosfera también hay otros cuidando del planeta, ved sinó el “#AbrilDeEcoCosturas” que han organizado Cal Joan y más y 4500 millas.

Not that they use a lot of plastics in my usual bakery, but sometimes when they have no more paper bags and packagings (or when they don’t feel like it), you may go home with a plastic bag instead.

In order to avoid that, I’ve sewn two cotton bags. (Yes, I’ll try not to the bakery with my skirt on…)

I hope more people do the same, because it seems like I’m the only one in the whole neigbourhood doing this.

At least, I’m very pleased to see there are others in the blogosphere taking care of the planet thanks to Cal Joan y más and 4500 millas and their “#AbrilDeEcoCosturas” (=Eco friendly sewing April).
